Happy? What it is and how to find it
Written by: Matt Miofsky
Leader—
Jane Teasley

What’s keeping you from being happy? Do you really have to
lose weight or find a new job before you can say you’re happy? No matter how hard we try, happiness can seem elusive. Even as we reach our goals, we set new ones, making happiness always out of reach. This study helps you discover that contentment isn’t dependent on the “things” of life. Instead, happiness can be found in the value of our relationships, a forgiving lifestyle, living in the present, feeling gratitude, and learning to release control. The author used the words of Solomon as the basis for this study.
Child care available during the study.

October 4—November 15 (skipping October 11)
