Information
The women of St. Andrew invite you to start the craft show season off right at the “Fall Into Crafts” Marketplace on Friday, October 9 and Saturday, October 10, 2009. Now in our 8th year, this show offers a spacious, easily accessible indoor setting where you can comfortably exhibit your crafts. Our friendly, helpful volunteers and wonderful food make “Fall Into Crafts” Marketplace a favorite among many of our return crafters. St. Andrew is located on busy Canton Road and we use a variety of banners and signage to attract buyers. We also advertise in all the local newspapers, distribute flyers to nearby businesses and mail reminders to former shoppers.

In addition to full size (approx. 8’ x 10’) spaces, we offer a limited number of half spaces (approx. 5’ x 8’). These spaces are big enough for a table and chair and are perfect for the crafter who doesn’t need a big display area.

We invite you to join us on October 9 and 10. For consideration, please read the rules and requirements on the reverse side of this letter and complete and return the enclosed application by May 1. Selections will be made and notifications sent by May 31.


Show Dates & Times

Friday, October 9, 2009 – 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 10, 2009 – 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Set Up

Thursday Set-Up – October 8, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Take Down

Saturday Take Down at 4:00 pm. NO EARLY DISMANTLING!

No RVs, campers or trailers may be parked overnight.

Arts & Crafts Rules

No flea market items or food for immediate consumption.

Children

While we encourage visits from your family and friends, children under the age of 12 will not be permitted to stay in your space the entire day.

Approval to Sell Items

To prevent duplication and offer a wider variety of items, all items must be approved by the committee. Any items deemed inappropriate for church will not be accepted.

Space Fees

$50.00 per 8’x10’ space (approx.) with 2 chairs provided, if needed.
$30.00 per 5’ x 8’ (approx.) half space
$10.00 extra charge for a 6’ table
$10.00 extra charge for one electrical outlet (limited availability)

FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE SHOW IS CANCELED
