AM 10:00am Yoga - Llani Ray 10:00 am Yoga - Llani Ray
PM 7:00 pm Yoga - Sherri Smith 7:00 pm Yoga - Sherri Smith
Cost is $30.00 a month

Class Decriptions:

Yoga - Low impact total body workout focusing on proper breathing and core strengthing.
