Shake It Up Café was the best VBS ever!!!

We had 249 children and over 400 people on site each day for an amazing week of learning Bible stories, meeting new friends, fellowship with old friends, music, crafts, games and snacks!! A huge thank you to everyone who supported VBS with their prayers, contributions, and by volunteering!! A HUGE thank you to those who were on site every day – you touched the lives of so many children and you were upbeat and tireless!! We had the great honor of being a test church for the 2011 Shake It Up Café VBS Curriculum and the United Methodist Publishing House was impressed with all that our wonderful volunteers do to make our VBS so awesome every year!! We also had the most successful VBS mission project ever!! We collected school supplies and contributions for Edu-Pack to distribute to children from Cobb County to Haiti and Jamaica so that they may have the opportunity to go to school.

Back to School and Back to Sunday School!!

Promotion Sunday is August 15th!! Everyone will move to their new Sunday School classes !!

Sunday School teachers are still needed. Please contact Ms. marcie if you would like to teach our awesome SAUMC children this year!!
