Current Opportunities
Easter Food Donations
We are collecting food to package for local families. Bring your donated items to the Keheley Center and place on the tables in the Atrium. We will gather for Wednesday Night Dinner on March 25 to put together these food boxes as well as Easter baskets and deliver them on Saturday, March 28 (Sign ups coming soon).
Each box needs:
1 15 oz can Fruit
1 15 oz jar of Peanut Butter
2 15 oz can Green Beans
1 15 oz can Corn 2 cans of Soup
2 1 lb. Boxes of Macaroni & Cheese
2 1 lb. Boxes of Spaghetti Noodles
1 16 oz Jelly (grape or strawberry)
1 24 oz Spaghetti Sauce
2 Boxes of Instant Oatmeal Packets
1 2 lb. Bisquick
16 oz Syrup
1 64 oz plastic bottle fruit juice
2 box Ziploc bags (1 gallon, 1 quart)
1 2 lb. Family size Instant Rice
1 15 oz can Sweet potatoes (Yams)
Blackwell Pantry Needs
Blackwell's pantry is nearly empty! Please bring items to the church or use send donations marked for Blackwell. The following items are examples:

Pretzels, Cheez Its, Goldfish

Blackwell Farmers Market
In 2024, St. Andrew began hosting the Blackwell Farmers Market to cultivate a healthier, more connected community. The market thrives on providing fresh, locally-sourced foods while serving as a hub for the diverse families in our area.

Haiti School
Opened by St. Andrew in 2005, Andrew Christian School sponsors over 200 children ages 3-14. St. Andrew assists in providing the students with their school uniforms, books, tuition, one meal a day, and special Edu-Pack backpacks filled with school supplies.

Blackwell Elementary
St. Andrew’s relationship with Blackwell Elementary goes back to our very first gathering for worship, held at Blackwell in 1962. Today, we continue to serve through food donations, hosting field trips, Read Across America, and more.

Family Promise
Family Promise of Cobb County is dedicated to supporting families with children who are experiencing homelessness, to help them achieve stability and independent living. St. Andrew partners on a rotation to provide transitional housing and meals.

St. Andrew supports this assistance ministry at Trinity UMC through donations and volunteers.

The United Methodist Committee on Relief
St. Andrew partners with the mission and humanitarian assistance agency of The United Methodist Church on various local and global projects.

Whether assisting to serve communion, joining our audio/visual team, or any other ways of serving, we do the good work of Sunday mornings together.

Children's Ministry
Serve in nursery care, children’s choir Sunday school, or special events.

Help set up and clean up for events, assist with office tasks, or keep up the condition and security of our facilities.
