Let Not Your Hands Grow Weak
Be strong and let not your hands grow weak. (2 Chronicles 15:7)
When we feel like giving up, we must remember God is not blind to our efforts. He promises our labor for His kingdom will bring joy and our own reward.
Life often challenges us and we become disheartened, especially when trying to do right. We are not alone when challenged. God sees our efforts, our commitments and determination to uphold His commandments.
We need to focus our efforts as we are not alone. God is there to help us, guide us. We must remember this when we have feelings of hopelessness. When we feel challenged and we call out for help. We must keep focused on the work we are doing for God as we practice His commandments. We are not alone. God sees our efforts and determination to uphold the righteousness of His laws. Keep focus on the work we are doing as it is a greater purpose than ourselves.
God gives us the strength to endure. Perseverance in doing good is never overlooked by God. Great is the reward for those who endure with faith and no other purposes. Our challenges in life are met with faith that gives us strength. Life is not easy, but focused on Christ is our anchor. It will defuse our frustration. Our actions are our journey, we cannot stand still. God will guide our steps toward the goals of fulfilling His commandments.
What challenges are you facing and need God's help and strength for the journey you are on? God is there for all of us. We need not stand still with empty hands. Look to God for help and direction.
Heavenly Father, we are your hands, feet, and heart to fulfill your will for us here on earth. Give us direction and purpose. Amen.
